Saturdays 9.30-10.30am dispensary open to collect pre-ordered medicines or prescriptions, or to hand in repeat prescription requests.
Monday to Friday at various times 8.25am-5.30pm. Appointments are available on one evening a week up to 6.45pm, with a doctor or a nurse.
For routine appointments please ask for an appointment with the doctor you usually see. This helps to provide continuity of care.
If you are unable to attend a booked appointment, please ring and tell us, even at short notice. Your appointment can be offered to another patient.
We operate branch surgeries on Tuesdays & Fridays:
The doctor operates these surgeries with limited facilities and without supporting staff. You might be asked to attend the main surgery.
If you have a problem that cannot wait until the next available appointment, please ring, and if an appointment is not available you may be asked to attend our emergency surgery. These operate each morning and evening (except Thursday evenings) for URGENT problems.
You will be seen by the doctor on duty for that day.
Please do not abuse this service by asking the doctor to deal with routine problems — these surgeries are for urgent problems and you may delay an iller patient from seeing the doctor.
